Spectrum of action and dosage of Horus

Horus is a systemic protective agent for the treatment of horticultural crops, in particular fruit trees and berry bushes. The action is due to the composition: the main active ingredient is an organic compound cyprodinil of the aminopyrimidine class.

1 kg of antifungal drug contains 750 gr. active substance, which, when it enters the fungal cell, disrupts and slows down its activity, prevents the rapid growth of the mycelium.

Most effective when spraying young, recently infested plants. It is not always possible to save old, heavily affected parts of trees.

The uniqueness lies in the suppression of life processes in fungi of the class of Deuteromycetes and Ascomycetes during the wintering period of the plant. The substance has both protective and medicinal properties. It is of low toxicity to humans, animals and plants, and is moderately toxic to fish.

Benefits of a fungicide

  • not washed off by rains
  • consumption rate in comparison with other analogs is ten times lower
  • convenient form of release and packaging
  • there is no addiction in pathogens and pathogenic microorganisms if the recommendations for use are followed
  • complex plant protection

Chorus is effective against:

Instructions for using the drug Horus

When preparing the working solution, individual safety precautions should be observed:

  • mix the product with water, spray trees only in protective clothing and gloves
  • do not use food utensils
  • keep children and animals away from the processing and concentrate preparation area
  • do not throw the packaging or the preparation itself into water bodies or other places not intended for waste

The solution is prepared in accordance with the instructions and the application schedule, used only on the same day.

For cherries, plums, peach trees, apricots, sweet cherries, cherries from fruit rot, coccomycosis 2 gr. the substances are mixed with 5-6 liters of pure water and treated at the first signs of the disease. Re-treatment is required in 10-14 days and then until complete recovery.

For the same cultures from monilial burn 2 gr. Horus is mixed with 5-10 liters of water.
With curly foliage on peach trees, 8-10 liters of water are used for a solution, and treated every 14 days until complete recovery.

For fruit crops such as quince, apple, pear from fruit rot, scab and Alternaria, a working solution consisting of 2 grams is used. active ingredient and 10 liters of liquid. The first treatment is carried out in the "green cone" phase, and the next one a week later.

It must be remembered that the final spraying before harvesting should be done 30 days before for pome crops and 15 days for stone fruits.

The consumption rate of the ready-made solution is calculated in liters per 100 square meters of area for the treatment of herbaceous plants and in liters for spraying trees.

At the same time, each crop has its own application rate and for mixing the concentrate, its own amount of the prepackaged preparation is used. At the same time, at different stages and phases of development, the consumption rate also changes.

Horus applications for grapes when to spray

According to the instructions, for the treatment of 1 hectare of grapevine, 0.7 kg of the product or 2 liters of working solution per 1 hundred square meters is needed.

The first treatment is carried out at the stage of 5 leaf formation on a young plant, after removing unnecessary rudiments on the vine.

Repeated spraying will be required at least 2, with a break of 1 week. Such a scheme for using Horus for grapes is an excellent prevention against the occurrence of mildew, numerous types of rot and oidium.

After spraying, the agent does not spread with juice throughout the plant, like many analogues, but acts directly at the place of application and where it is needed: in foliage, berries and stems.

The introduction of the tool takes place in a very short period of time - no more than 2 hours, if during this time there was no precipitation, they will no longer interfere with the action of the tool.

An approximate plan for the preparation of a solution for spraying grapes and direct spraying consists of several stages:

  • chorus granules are added to the water in a container and thoroughly mixed
  • the best time for spraying is considered an early windless morning, as long as there is no bright scorching sun or precipitation
  • spraying is carried out carefully, slowly, ensuring that the product enters the entire area of the plant

In good weather, preventive protection lasts from 7 to 10 days
